• Product Selection: Staff can browse and select products within their assigned categories, with restrictions on price and quantity allocations.
• Purchase Submission: Once a purchase request is submitted, Queensland Safety & Workwear notifies the admin and/or department head for review, ensuring proper oversight. 
• Approval Process: The admin or department head can approve or reject purchase requests, with the option for auto-approval configured in the system for added flexibility. 
• Notification to Supplier: Upon approval, the system automatically notifies the supplier’s warehouse, indicating that the purchase is ready for fulfillment.
