Manufactured from cross-linked closed cell polyethylene foam (25 kg/m³) with a durable foil-facing layer, this thermal cover provides excellent insulation performance and is suitable for operating temperatures up to 105°C. The foil coating also delivers outstanding UV resistance, making it ideal for demanding outdoor applications.
For optimal temperature control, it is recommended that the water supply lines and piping connected to the safety shower are also insulated through underground installation and/or additional pipe insulation. The cover is designed to protect the shower unit only and works best as part of a complete thermal management solution.
